Summer Fruit Smoothie

This nutritious fruit smoothie is a quick and easy way to get vitamin C, fiber, and potassium in a form you can drink anywhere, even if you’re running out the door. Feel free to vary the types of fruit to suit your own taste.

  • 2 ounces low fat yogurt
  • 1⁄4 cup strawberries
  • 1⁄4 cup raspberries
  • 8 ounces skim milk (or almond, soy, or hemp milk)
  • 1⁄4 cup kiwi
  • 1⁄4 cup blueberries
  • 1⁄4 cup blackberries
  • 1⁄4 cup apple




Step 1:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
